• Delays due to courier partners or external events (e.g., natural disasters, lockdowns) are beyond our control.

• For bulk/custom orders, estimated delivery dates will be shared individually.

5. Returns & Refunds

• As many of our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.
